How loud will the music be?
Our aim is to play loud enough to be heard whilst still remaining in the background.

How far do you travel?
We work mostly in the South East: Sussex, Surrey, Kent and London. We can however travel greater distances. The cost of travel will be included in the quote.

What will you wear?
Our normal dress is dinner jackets and bow ties. However we often also wear 'all black', and can discuss alternative dress if required.

What do we need to provide on the day?
Our only requirement is four armless chairs set out on the day.

Can you play outdoors?
We often play outdoors in the summer, but our instruments can't be exposed to direct sunlight, and in the event of rain we would have to move indoors.

How long can you play for?
Subject to availability, we could take a booking for an entire day.

Can we book you for extra hours on the day?
This is normally fine as long as we have no other engagements.

What happens if a member of the string quartet is unavailable?
As professional musicians we are in touch with suitable deputies if required.
